This concept house was delivered for the Non-Food Crops Centre and shall be built from renewable materials including hemp; the house is now being monitored and is open to the public.

The detailed Planning Application for Nene Business Park submitted on behalf of Davidsons Group has been registered by the planners for a March 2009 committee date; this significant business park includes a facility for the NHS which is a new concept for them known as an Outreach Patients Department. Subject to planning work will start on site Summer 2009.
