Project Description

Design and construction of a bespoke self-storage facility for Safestore Limited comprising the building envelope (excluding internal fitting out), external service yards and car parking, soft landscaping and associated works.

Benchmark Property also led the negotiations with the local planning officers to secure the requisite consent for this schem and negotiated and put in hand the highways section agreements for Abbey Lane and the new adopted road adjacent.

Comment: Completed on programme and within budget including the negotiations and agreements with the Occupier Purchaser.
