|Date||Completed March 2011|
The design and construction of a new acoustic shelter to reduce noise from a scrap metal dealership such that a new residential development could proceed on the land to the rear.
This project actually involved extensive discussion and agreement with the occupier in terms of the specification and design given the shelter needed to be robust, functional and also to allow it to be reasonably converted into a building for occupation at some point in the future.
We then delivered the unit by placing the trade packages and managing the trades on site with our Clients residential housing team.
Comment: The project involved understanding the production processes to deliver this facility
