This mixed use scheme has the potential for 15,000 ft2 of retail on the lower floors and with 7,800 ft2 of affordable or private apartments over.
The requirements for sustainability were a tough hurdle to clear but this was succesfully achieved.
The scheme was originally designed as car showrooms and consented during a planning application in 2008. Benchmark Property provided the specifications and legal building documents for the project as per normal.
