Benchmark Property led the enabling package for this site which included technical negotiations with the vendor and the demolition of an adjacent Ale House building.
The refurbishment of the existing three storey grade two listed building envelope included the removal of all existing services, partitions, fixtures and fittings to provide clear floor plates for future fitting out. Further works included the re-roofing of the whole building, repairs to the existing masonry, installation of new gutters and replacement aluminium windows.
Suite A was then fully fitted out to create 10,000 ft2 of offices, with a new reception area, WCs and lift to the core area and the installation of new ceilings, carpets, general office and feature lighting and power to all areas office areas.
The remaining space has been fitted out progressively for further occupiers as and when they have been secured.
